Johnny Bravo - "Freudian Dip"

And now, here's a review of the season three episode of Johnny Bravo, "Freudian Dip," this episode is rather interesting, considering that this aired the EXACT same day The Fairly OddParents premiered, March 30, 2001.

Johnny Bravo has been having trouble sleeping lately due to the fact he's been having the exact same nightmare night after night about the Monster from "The End." The next day, Little Suzy comes over and decides to help Johnny Bravo get to the root of his fears, how? By using a dolly, and using hypnosis on Johnny Bravo.

Will Little Suzy fix Johnny Bravo from his fears? Or will she just lose her decree from the internet? Well, I'm not telling! Because you've got to watch the episode to figure this out for yourself.

This episode is just downright funny! The plot's all over the place, but in a good way. I kind of like how Mama turns off the light, Johnny reacts going "Aah! Dark! Johnny scared!" Causing him to shiver in his blanket like in the picture right here.

I also like how the Dolly Johnny plays with tells Little Suzy about his darkest secrets like kissing his pillow and pretending it's girls, as well as causing Johnny to cry that "Malibu Tracy is right!" This is so funny, I have no idea how to sum this up. But one thing I do know is that Carl bullying Johnny when he was a teenager is not what his character is suppose to be.

All in all, this episode had a lot of humor, even at the very beginning when Mama talks in her sleep. Carl's minor appearance is well-timed, and Johnny Bravo and Little Suzy react according to their characters.. And I also like the character design for Carl's monster, oh, and the reason for Johnny giving Carl a wedgie is beyond me.

I especially like the ending of the episode where the monster peeks from the the end card saying in a menacing voice, "Or is it?!" Indicating that it's not over, but as we all know, Johnny Bravo is episodic.

And that's the end of this review........or is it? No, I'm just kidding, it is the end.
